Cancellation Policy
For registration fees to be refunded, written notice of cancellation must be received by Jonathan Wood & Associates by January 3, 2011. The amount of registration fees remitted, minus a $75 administrative charge, will be refunded. Substitutions are permitted with written notification. After January 3, no refunds will be made.
Room cancellations must be made through Jonathan Wood & Associates no later than 5 business days in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Otherwise your credit card will be charged for 1 hotel night.

Registration Fee Inclusions
The registration fee includes program materials, and admission to all sessions and food functions as specified on the final program agenda.
